Dependance Dinesen
Finalized at the end of February 2010, this calm and luminous Dependance of the American Dinesen Hotel, has been completely restored and projected to offer its guests an unforgettable stay while in Venice by granting the highest comfort. It is situated just a few steps from the Hotel ( right alongside) and for this same reason our guests may decide to use the services offered by our Hotel. The Dependance is composed of 3 matrimonial/double rooms, furnished in a modern style, complete with free wifi internet connection, mini-bar, Led flat screen television with decoder for sky (cable) in order to view major foreign channels through satellite, as well as movies paper-view, a safe for your laptop, bathroom amenities, air conditioning, automatic central heater, and hair dryer. Private bathroom with shower and bathtub with a distinguishing refined and elegant design, composed of mosaics with a contemporary flair. Guests may utilize during the summer period, a welcoming private garden area, where they may take pleasure in relaxing and reading, or navigate through internet (thanks to the free wifi internet connection) or they may simply relish moments of tranquillity in the company of friends and family. It is particularly indicated for those who may have difficulty with walking, considering there are only a few step of stairs to access the garden, the Dependance and its rooms.
The Dependance is approximately 140 square meters including the private courtyard and the Hotel offers the possibility for large group of friends and family to reserve the Dependance, with the possibility of sojourning in an apartment of 3 rooms, with a private bathroom so that they may experience living in Venice in a most original and independent manner (for this type of reservation, we ask you send a request by either e-mail or fax)

The apartment is located in Dorsoduro, next door to Hotel American Dinesen (where guests can check in/out ). A open space living-room with double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen ,table with chairs. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and washing machine. Upstairs there is a brand new double bed (or two single beds) and a spacious wardrobe. Prices of our apartments can vary between a minimum of € 80,00 to a maximum of € 450,00 for a day, according to the number of guests and to the tourist season. Check in at Hotel American Dinesen from 2.00 p.m. and check out within 11.00 a.m. The reception of our Hotel is open 24 hours a day. We offer a daily cleaning service every morning.
